  • Standard Processing Time: 1–2 weeks for most wigs.

  • Each order undergoes strict quality inspection before shipping.

Note: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time


✈️ Expedited Shipping

We use premium couriers such as:

  • DHL / FedEx (3–7 business days)

  • GES / DPEX-Royal for select EU countries (7–10 business days)

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses.

Please contact us within 7 days. Shipping companies do not accept claims after one week.
